The Pittsburgh Pirates and outfielder Bryan Reynolds have agreed to an eight-year, $106.75 million extension, a source confirmed to ESPN's Jeff Passan.

The deal, which is the largest in Pirates history, contains no opt-outs and includes a limited no-trade clause, the source told Passan.

The Pirates hold a club option for the 2031 season, the source said.

Right-hander Hunter Greene and the Cincinnati Reds are in agreement on a six-year, $53 million contract extension, the team announced Tuesday, tying the hardest-throwing starter in baseball long term to the organization that previously didn't have any salary guaranteed to players beyond this season.

The Minnesota Twins and right-hander Pablo Lopez are finalizing a four-year, $73.5 million contract extension, according to multiple reports.

Lopez, 27, was acquired by the Twins in the January trade that sent Luis Arraez to the Miami Marlins. Lopez is 1-1 with a 1.73 ERA in four starts in a Twins uniform. He leads the major leagues with 33 strikeouts in 26 innings.

The San Francisco Giants have reached a five-year, $90 million extension with right-handed pitcher Logan Webb through the 2028 season, it was announced Friday.

Using a lively sinker/slider/changeup combo, Webb, 26, has a 31-22 record with a 3.59 ERA and 426 strikeouts in 80 starts since entering the majors with the Giants in 2019, including an 0-3 mark with a 6.35 ERA to begin this season.

The Chicago Cubs are in agreement with outfielder Ian Happ on a 3-year, $61 million extension, sources tell ESPN.

The deal includes a full no-trade clause.

Happ, 28, was set to become a free agent after the 2023 season but will remain in Chicago through at least 2026.

The Cincinnati Reds have re-signed reliever Hunter Strickland to a minor league contract.

Strickland made an appearance for Triple-A Louisville over the weekend, tossing a scoreless inning.

He spent the 2022 campaign with the Reds, coming out of the bullpen 66 times. Over 62 1/3 innings, he worked to a 4.91 ERA.
